The ask: NPR reached out to me with goal of gaining a younger audience and changing the narrative that NPR is only for their parents. I implemented a new strategy to a year-old page that included fewer words and way more memes (among other things).

 

Before I started with NPR Podcasts, the page had 6,000 followers. A little less than two years later and we've grown the page to over 23,000. Overall engagement has also increased over 24 times since the start of the new strategy.
