The ask: NPR reached out to me with goal of gaining a younger audience and changing the narrative that NPR is only for their parents. I implemented a new strategy to a year-old page that included fewer words and way more memes (among other things).
Before I started with NPR Podcasts, the page had 6,000 followers. Nine months later, we've more than doubled that with 14,000. Overall engagement has also increased 14 times since the start of the new strategy.
